Es wäre gut, wenn die Wohnung nicht sehr hellhörig wäre oder die Nachbarschaft sich an häufiger Musik (meist Gitarre und Gesang oder Klavier und Gesang - also eher leise) nicht stört.

I need a furnished (or partly furnished) flat from dec or january 1st- june 30th 2010. I would like it between 40-70 m2, 2 or more rooms. a much desired bonus would be big windows and/or balcony and possible miracle would include a piano. I will be composing light music with guitar and piano/keyboards so something condusive to minor noise is important. most important i want it to be inspiring :-)

... and I think I could pay up to 600 € per month if I found a good one!!
